At ConnexLive events, hosts will have from 10-14 thirty-minute face-to-face planning sessions with pre-screened guests. To ensure a high level of satisfaction for all participants, ConnexLive host companies may send up to 2 senior level management executives to participate in the event. Qualified guests seeking solutions providers are able to participate in ConnexLive at no charge and receive complimentary hotel accommodations, access to keynote and peer-to-peer sessions, and all meal functions. Hosts and guests are matched according to mutual interest and compatible business needs and are provided with a complete meeting schedule/itinerary and dossier on their meeting partners prior to arriving at the event. |
